Rifky is a versatile lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in legal practice, consistently committed to protecting clients’ rights in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Throughout his professional career, he has handled various legal disputes, including general criminal cases, civil disputes, bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) proceedings, corruption cases, administrative law disputes, and industrial relations disputes on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Rukmana & Partners Law Firm, Rifky served as the Founder & Managing Partner of a law firm in Indonesia, where he developed extensive experience in legal strategy, advocacy, and client representation across diverse areas of law.
Qualified to practice before courts throughout Indonesia, Rifky is also actively involved in professional organizations, including the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) as Head of Youth & Sports Division of DPC PERADI Kota Bekasi, and the Indonesian Young Lawyers Committee (PERADI YLC) as Secretary of YLC PERADI Kota Bekasi.
